Neighborhood profiles
Sun City Summerlin
Active-adult community on the north edge. Residents lean toward residential window film for fade prevention on west-facing rear walls, and Plus-grade auto tint for daily-driver sedans and SUVs. Most installs come from referral. Residential window film is the dominant service.
The Ridges
The highest-end community in Summerlin. McLaren, Aston Martin, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini are the dominant vehicle types. We do Full Vehicle PPF + 3M ceramic coating + paint correction on most of these. Residential side is custom-glass walls and Ultimate Plus film on east and west-facing glass.
Red Rock Country Club
Gated golf-course community. Mix of luxury daily-drivers (Range Rover, Tesla, Porsche Cayenne) and weekend exotics. Residential side: large single-story homes with extensive south and west-facing glass. Ultimate Plus film is the standard call.
Queensridge
Closest neighborhood to our shop. Established luxury community with mature landscaping. Mix of Track-Package PPF on new exotics and Plus or Ultimate Plus window tint on daily-driver sedans. Residential consults frequent.
The Hills, The Vistas, The Trails, The Paseos
Family-oriented golf-course-adjacent villages. Typical customers: two-car households with one daily driver (SUV or sedan) and one weekend or work vehicle (truck, sports car). Window tint and PPF are roughly even in volume. Plus-grade ceramic is the most-requested tint.
Downtown Summerlin
Mixed commercial/residential core. Retailers and offices in Downtown Summerlin request commercial window film for storefront heat reduction and graphics. EV tint volume is high — many residents drive Teslas and Rivians. Commercial window film and EV-focused tint are the standard requests.
Centennial Hills
North of Summerlin proper, but our highest single-ZIP volume for daily-driver window tint. Commuters heading south on the 215 to the Strip resorts and west to Summerlin offices. Plus or Ultimate Plus ceramic tint for heat and glare.
Mountain’s Edge
Southwest valley. Newer build-outs with large glass and limited mature shade. Window tint and residential film both common. EV adoption is rising fast here.
Spring Valley West
Closest service area to the shop. Mix of fleet wraps for local businesses, daily-driver tint, and commercial window film for offices along Tropicana and Russell.
